Are you a confident UK qualified corporate solicitor looking to join a leading Greek practice making strides in the South East Europe and Middle Eastern region?
My client is a leading Greek corporate and commercial practice which services international clients throughout Europe and the Middle East, given its perfect geographical location.
Their corporate department provides a broad range of transactional and advisory services national and predominantly international institutions, entrepreneurs as well as public and private companies, and is experienced in dealing with all types of corporate transaction for clients in a wide range of sectors.
The department is growing considerably given the buoyant and diverse markets it operates within and on the size of the team and the number and value of transactions on which it advises:
•Cross border corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals
•Buying and selling businesses and assets
•Joint Ventures
•International transactions and business support
•Corporate re-organisations and DE-mergers
•Raising development capital
•IPOs and secondary offerings
•Institutionally backed Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins
•Stock Exchange and financial services compliance
•Company Secretarial Services
They are now looking to appoint at least 2 solicitor to further increase the capacity of the team. They will consider candidates with good quality experience in the above areas from 2 years PQE - 7 years PQE.
