Rate: £ 150 to £ 300 K (Full-time) + Benefits
Are you a confident experienced corporate solicitor/lawyer with experience in the Middle East. Do you want to join a team dealing with some major transactions and retain that team feel? Do you want high levels of client contact and some of the most interesting work in the region.

My client is a leading international corporate and commercial practice which services international clients throughout the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Their corporate department provides a broad range of transactional and advisory services national and predominantly international institutions, entrepreneurs as well as public and private companies, and is experienced in dealing with all types of corporate transaction for clients in a wide range of sectors.
The department is growing considerably given the buoyant and diverse markets it operates within and on the size of the team and the number and value of transactions on which it advises:
•Cross border corporate mergers, acquisitions and disposals
•Buying and selling businesses and assets
•Joint Ventures
•International transactions and business support
•Corporate re-organisations and DE-mergers
•Raising development capital
•IPOs and secondary offerings
•Institutionally backed Management Buy-Outs and Buy-Ins
•Stock Exchange and financial services compliance
•Company Secretarial Services
They are now looking to appoint at least 2 solicitors in their Riyadh office at a senior level. They will consider candidates with good quality experience in the above areas from 7 years PQE+. English language skills are a must and Arabic would be advantageous, although not essential.
