The work is a mix of High Court Litigation, tribunal work, Corporate Support, policy and strategic planning, drafting and provision of day-to-day advice. Will be expected to work with and support the partners in the Employment team, contribute to the overall expansion of the team and play a part in the marketing and knowledge management (internal and external) of the Employment team. The role will involve client contact from the outset. Must have a strong academic record, sound general employment experience both contentious and non-contentious in a high quality practice, enthusiasm for employment law and issues, a commercial outlook and excellent people skills. Must also be a team player – able to work effectively in an established, close-knit team, able to handle client contact and with the desire to be pro-actively involved in business development and marketing.
