EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - CHESHIRE - £EXCELLENT

Rate: £ 28 to £ 38 K (Full-time) + BENEFITS
This is a fantastic role within a very friendly practice based Cheshire. The firm have a business/respondent leaning and are looking for a solicitor who is committed to developing with the practice.
The firm are a mid sized practice with a history of success. Their client base ranges from SME, OMB clients through to Plc's and their strap line is being part of their clients business, not just providing a service.
This role is a replacement role where the exiting candidate is leaving on very good terms and will be there for the next solicitor/lawyer for a good handover period. The caseload is a mix of respondent and claimant matters, with a leaning toward the former, 85% of the role being drafting of contracts and employment documents for businesses. The firm do take on good quality claimant work also, but on a case by case basis.
They are looking to appoint an experienced solicitor/lawyer with good client care, attention to detail and a real passion for this area of law. You will join a very supportive and friendly team and have real prospects of becoming head of the department in the years ahead.
